Lying before the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House in the Botanic Gardens, just chilling with my friends and watching the sky. There’s about four hours til the midnight fireworks and it’s just very peaceful and lovely here.

I had a lovely day today. Except for hitting another car while reversing and consequently smashing my own car’s rear bumper.
It’s 3:26 pm and I only just woke up. Two of my friends stayed the night and we slept at around 5 am, so it’s for good reason, I guess. Except I didn’t get any shut-eye until around 7:15 because I was silently contemplating whether or not to move my male friend’s hand which had been very gradually creeping up my side and had settled about a centimetre from my boob.
Graduating from high school has made me realise how severely I need some form of routine and structure in my life. Of course, it’s SO wonderful being able to do whatever I want, whenever I want, but I’ve just become this great fucking sloth of a girl.
